We are currently looking for an equipment manager for the fall season! It's a great opportunity to learn about the boats that make up our shared fleet and earn some money doing it! Please see the attached job posting for more details.

While we wait to see the results of the current labour dispute in the public school system, we are planning to host a fall rowing season for the youth rowing community of Victoria.  We have plans in place to support a LVISSAA League or a community rowing season if there is not capacity for teachers and schools to support the league.

Sept 1, 2014 will be GVYRS' deadline for deciding which avenue we will take.  We are excited to see a fall rowing season in Victoria.
